How do you help us maintain carbon-neutral credentials?

We offset CO2 emissions by investing in renewable energy projects and other initiatives that reduce carbon emissions. This applies to all our deliveries, whether they’re local or international: we will first look for a solution that is either 100% electric or 0 emission; whenever this is still not possible, we will offset the CO2 via a certified scheme.
For local deliveries, we make use of eco-friendly vehicles and methods for local deliveries. This includes electric vehicles, bicycles, or other low-emission options.
What coverage do you offer against loss and damage?
When we pack your items, we offer comprehensive coverage against loss and damage to ensure that your items are protected throughout the delivery process. If you decide to pack your items we can still offer our cover, but only against loss, not damage.
