Not necessarily. We offer a packing service within a 35-mile radius* of London. For distances beyond that, we can provide a custom-made box with internal protection that will be sent to your address. You can place the items inside, and our partners will come to collect them. *We offer packing services also beyond the 35-mile radius of London as a Premium Service.

What coverage do you offer against loss and damage?

When we pack your items, we offer comprehensive coverage against loss and damage to ensure that your items are protected throughout the delivery process. If you decide to pack your items we can still offer our cover, but only against loss, not damage.
